Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is hiring a Hospital & Lab Services Manager for Brick, NJ. This hospital-based role leads regional lab management and contracting within the Professional Lab Services team to grow hospital partnerships.

The candidate will oversee plan development, implementation, and ongoing operations across client sites. Qualified applicants have 5+ years of managerial laboratory experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and preferred Project Management training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biology, or related sciences required.
• Master’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Formal Project Management training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional laboratory hospital services with national PLS team.
• Develop and implement hospital lab management services and contracting requirements.
• Coordinate resources and ensure timely contract implementation and performance.
• Manage client relationships and communicate project status regularly.
• Oversee regional launch and ongoing operations of hospital contracts.
