Job summary
Mars Veterinary Health is seeking a Hospital Maintenance Technician to support hospital locations in the Tulsa/OK region, with occasional travel to nearby clinics. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and facility projects to ensure clinics stay operational and compliant.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in construction or facilities management (or equivalent) and has at least three years in construction or maintenance, with hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in construction or facilities management.
- Minimum three years in construction or maintenance.
- Knowledge of construction terms, blueprints, and basic trades.
- Experience with tooling for carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and flooring.
Responsibilities
- Maintain hospital facilities and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Schedule and manage repair work orders and updates.
- Oversee painting, cabinetry, drywall, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
- Coordinate travel and manage inventory of maintenance materials.
- Identify and report damages and variances.
