Qualifications

• 3+ years of HIM management experience.
• 2+ years of Health care experience.
• Driver's License and access to a reliable transportation.
• Epic HIM Certification and RHIT/RHIA credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and implement medical and clinical protocols for staff oversight.
• Guide staff on disease states and navigate the medical management system.
• Oversee coordination of care including chronic condition management.
• Ensure licensure and certifications are current.
• Develop and deliver operational or technical training.
• Plan and manage medical and clinical operations programs and goals.
• Evaluate regulatory changes and implement program updates.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines.
• Develop budgets and monitor financial performance of programs.
