Qualifications

• 3+ years of HIM management experience.
• 2+ years of health care experience.
• Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Review and implement medical and clinical protocols for staff oversight and development.
• Plan, implement and manage medical and clinical ops programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate performance and program outcomes.
• Develop budgets and manage labor expenses for medical operations.
• Identify business development opportunities to support growth.
