Lakeshore Learning Materials is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Healthcare, to build lasting relationships with children's hospitals, ABA providers, and specialty facilities across the region. You will drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities and presenting Lakeshore’s learning environments to healthcare leaders.

You’ll partner with inside sales, marketing, and professional services to tailor messaging, stay ahead of payer trends, and attend regional conferences to broaden Lakeshore’s

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of field sales experience with quota attainment in healthcare/therapeutic environments.
• Ability to travel 75%+ within the territory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a CRM platform (Salesforce a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow a region by identifying opportunities, nurturing accounts, and hitting revenue goals across hospitals and facilities.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans with leadership, using market insights to refine approach.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare administrators and decision-makers for Lakeshore partnership.
• Collaborate with inside sales, marketing, and Professional Services to align messaging and collateral.
• Stay current on autism services trends, ABA reimbursement, and pediatric funding; translate into smarter conversations.
• Represent Lakeshore at regional and national healthcare conferences to source leads.
