Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Healthcare, to build lasting relationships with children’s hospitals and ABA providers across your region. You’ll lead regional plans and partner with sales leadership to expand Lakeshore’s footprint in healthcare environments.

You’ll collaborate with inside sales, marketing and services, stay abreast of ABA funding trends, and travel extensively to meet customers where they are.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of field sales experience in healthcare, therapeutic, or related environment.
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels with clear, persuasive communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a CRM platform, Salesforce is a plus.
• Texas residence preferred, travel 75%+ within territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a region by identifying new opportunities and hitting revenue goals across pediatric healthcare clients.
• Develop regional sales plans with leadership and refine approach using market insights.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare administrators and clinical decision-makers.
• Collaborate with inside sales, marketing, and Professional Services to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay current on autism services, ABA reimbursement, and pediatric healthcare funding.
• Represent Lakeshore at regional and national conferences to generate leads.
