Lakeshore Learning Materials in Texas seeks a Regional Sales Manager, Healthcare, to build lasting relationships with children's hospitals, ABA providers and special-care facilities across the region, promoting Lakeshore’s educator-driven, age-appropriate learning environments.

You will lead regional sales plans, collaborate with inside sales, marketing and the Professional Services Group, and travel extensively (75%+).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of field sales experience in healthcare or related environment with quota attainment.
• Comfort engaging stakeholders from clinicians to C-suite with clear, persuasive communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a CRM platform (Salesforce a plus).
• Candidates should reside in Texas or nearby states; willingness to travel extensively (75%+).

Responsibilities

• Identify and grow a regional footprint with hospitals, ABA facilities, and care centers.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans with leadership input.
• Build relationships with healthcare administrators and clinical decision-makers.
• Collaborate with inside sales, marketing, and Professional Services to align messaging and collateral.
• Stay informed on autism services, ABA reimbursement, and pediatric funding trends.
• Represent Lakeshore at regional/national conferences and generate new leads.
