Radiology Partners Inc. seeks a senior operations leader to oversee regional radiology practices, driving clinical performance, efficiency, and financial results across hospital and outpatient settings.

You will partner with physician leadership and health-system executives, own the regional P&L, and lead a matrixed team of Practice Directors and leaders to enable growth and high performance across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing healthcare operations or physician practices.
• Experience leading large, matrixed teams across multiple sites.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting and P&L ownership.
• Ability to engage and influence C-suite leaders.
• Proven track record driving operational improvements at scale.

RVP, OPERATIONS - POSITION SUMMARY:

• Lead regional operations across multiple radiology practices, ensuring strong clinical performance, operational efficiency, and financial results across hospital and outpatient settings.
• Serve as a senior operational partner to physician leadership, local practice boards, and client health system executives through a dyad leadership model.
• Own regional P&L performance, driving productivity, cost discipline, growth initiatives, and margin improvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Practice Directors and operational leaders across a broad geography, ensuring consistency and accountability. Partner with sales and business development to support market expansion, client retention, and new growth opportunities.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Extensive experience in healthcare operations or physician practice management, with demonstrated success managing complex, multi-site operations.
• Proven ability to lead large, matrixed teams and develop high-performing leaders across diverse markets.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven performance management.
• Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging C-suite hospital and health system leaders.
• Demonstrated change-management and process-improvement capabilities, with the ability to drive operational transformation at scale.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $225,000 - $250,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
