Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multi-site healthcare operations.

• Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy for clinical, operational, and financial performance.
• Directly oversee Treatment Center Directors and develop leaders.
• Monitor budgets and drive sustainability and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies while prioritizing patient care.
• Expand patient access, retention, and community engagement across portfolio.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align regional execution with priorities.
