Job summary

Supplemental Health Care in Orlando, FL is hiring a Regional Business Development Director to drive revenue growth across hospitals and acute care facilities. You will develop territory plans, manage a robust pipeline, and lead strategic sales initiatives including MSP, local contract, and travel offerings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years outside B2B sales experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
• Healthcare staffing or MSP experience preferred
• Demonstrated excellent negotiating skills
• Experience selling strategic sales solutions
• Knowledge of recruiting services marketing and sales tactics

Responsibilities

• Co-develop and execute a territory sales plan to grow revenue
• Sell all SHC lines of business including local contract, travel, MSP, and others
• Collaborate with SHC divisions across Acute, Non-Acute and Workforce Solutions
• Manage and grow a strong sales pipeline and meet quotas
• Track activities in HubSpot and maintain accurate CRM data
• Lead RFPs and present to prospective clients
• Travel up to 60% within territory
