Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in business development within skilled nursing or post-acute care.
• Proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies in healthcare settings.
• Strong knowledge of skilled nursing operations, reimbursement models, and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies targeting skilled nursing facilities and related healthcare partners.
• Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with hospital discharge planners, physicians, and insurance providers to drive referrals.
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure partnerships and service agreements.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and operations teams to align initiatives with goals and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, outcomes, and forecasts to senior leadership.
