Job summary

Horizon Health, located in Paris, IL, seeks an Off-Site Maintenance Manager to oversee the regional network of clinics and satellite facilities. You will ensure operational facilities, life safety, and regulatory compliance across multiple sites without being tied to a single building.

You will lead environmental control, regulatory adherence, vendor management, and CMMS processes while coordinating with clinical teams to protect patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Experience in customer service and people management.
• Knowledge of healthcare facility operations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities maintenance across a regional network of clinics and offices.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, ADA, OSHA, CDC, and local health department standards.
• Source, vet, and audit healthcare vendors for biomedical equipment and related services.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to maintain infection control and environment of care protocols.
• Manage preventive maintenance for HVAC systems, generators, medical gas systems, and vaccine refrigeration.
• Lead CMMS processes to dispatch, track, and close work orders with regulatory-ready documentation.
• Contribute to budget planning and CapEx recommendations for regional facilities.
