Job summary

Outfield-Healthcare-Partners seeks a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance department, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local codes while keeping the center sanitary, attractive, and safe. This role also ensures high-quality laundry services and coordinated environmental services across the center.

The candidate will supervise Environmental Services staff, execute preventive maintenance, maintain detailed records of parts, materials, and fuel, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and supervisory experience.
• Experience with laundry/housekeeping/maintenance procedures preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred or trainable.
• HVAC experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Environmental Services staff and manages budgets.
• Implements preventive maintenance program and documentation.
• Maintains center records for parts, fuel, and history.
• Performs routine maintenance following codes and regulations.
• Collaborates with residents, nurses, physicians and staff; follows up on requests.
• Other duties may be assigned.
