Job summary

Villa Healthcare is seeking a Regional Business Office Manager to oversee accounts receivable and resident trust, ensuring regulatory compliance, timely collections, and achievement of key metrics across multiple facilities.

You will lead and support Business Office staff, verify billable payer sources for all resident days, and maintain reporting accuracy while ensuring BOM responsibilities are completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Assoc degree or 2+ years of related experience.
• Basic accounting or bookkeeping courses preferred.
• 3 years prior SNF Medicaid Pending Process experience in the specified state.
• 5+ years of experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Resident Trust to ensure regulatory compliance and timely collections.
• Provide leadership and support to Business Office staff.
• Ensure billable payer sources for all resident days and maintain reporting.
• Complete monthly private A/R aging reviews and report action plans.
• Monitor A/R month-end close and PDPM/rate data accuracy.
• Conduct weekly facility visits and review LOCD lists, Medicaid Pending cases, and aging.
