Job summary

Saputo, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager, Health & Safety to lead and sustain comprehensive health and safety programs across multiple plants and locations.

The role ensures regulatory compliance, environmental protection, and a proactive safety culture through policy development, training, and audits. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in safety or a related field, 5+ years of H&S experience in manufacturing, OSHA knowledge, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years health & safety experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and sustain Health & Safety programs across plants and facilities.
• Direct plant H&S teams and develop policies, procedures, and training.
• Conduct audits and inspections; inform management of risks and violations.
• Lead investigations of incidents and coordinate resolutions.
• Support agency inspections and cost reporting; travel up to 60%.
