PDS Health seeks a Regional Manager to lead all non-clinical operations across the regional dental offices in the Kansas City area. You will build and mentor strong teams, inspire operations managers, and drive growth aligned with the company’s strategic vision.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in multi-location management in dental, healthcare, retail, pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently; superior project management skills.
• Strong leadership and decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead non-clinical operations of the dental offices and drive regional revenue growth.
• Develop and conduct regional trainings and meetings with outstanding group presentation skills.
• Identify future locations and opportunities to expand PDS Health offices.
• Provide leadership to operations managers and guide a group of offices.
