Job summary

BayMark Health Services seeks a Regional Director of Operations to oversee treatment centers across Ohio, acting as a regional business unit owner. You will supervise Treatment Center Directors, ensure clinical and financial performance, and drive growth while maintaining high standards of patient care.

The role requires strategic leadership, operations oversight, and strong regulatory knowledge, with travel up to 75% to align centers with BayMark’s goals and standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of regional healthcare operations.
• Ability to develop and execute regional strategic plans.
• Strong financial analysis and budget management skills.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations affecting treatment centers.
• Experience leading multiple sites and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to Treatment Center Directors (TCD) and regional leadership.
• Develop and execute regional plans to hit financial, operational, and clinical goals.
• Monitor budgets and drive financial performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations across centers and maintain quality patient care.
• Coach and develop leadership teams; track performance against targets.
