Job summary

BayMark Health Services, the largest provider of opioid treatment programs in the U.S., seeks a Regional Director of Operations to oversee and optimize treatment centers across Ohio.

You will act as a business unit owner, directly supervising Treatment Center Directors and ensuring clinical, financial, and operational success. Lead growth, develop high-performing teams, ensure compliance, and maintain quality patient care across a multi-site network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Ten years of healthcare management and operations experience.
• Experience in Medication-Assisted Treatment and/or substance use disorder treatment is preferred.
• Experience in outpatient Mental Health services is required.
• Multisite operations experience is required.
• Ability to read and interpret financial data.
• Strong knowledge on current Substance Use Disorder treatment trends, especially MAT for opioids and alcohol.
• Strong knowledge of outpatient Mental Health Services for children, adolescents, and adults.
• Proven ability to build high performing operating teams and drive initiatives with strong results.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% (3 out of 4 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to Treatment Center Directors.
• Develop and execute regional strategic plans for financial, operational, and clinical goals.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance to drive improvements.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations across centers.
• Build, develop, and hold leadership teams accountable for performance.
• Drive patient growth, retention, and access to services in the region.
• Represent BayMark in community, legislative, and industry settings.
• Oversee HR activities, staffing, and team development.
• Mentor leaders and manage clinic leadership teams.
• Collaborate with national support to drive growth and patient care quality.
• Establish annual goals and track progress with quarterly reviews.
