Job summary

BayMark Health Services is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee and optimize performance across Ohio. You will supervise Treatment Center Directors and ensure clinical, financial, and operational success in your region.

The role requires leading regional strategy, driving growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building high-performing teams to deliver high-quality patient care. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Required.
• Ten (10) years of healthcare management and operations experience required.
• Experience in Medication-Assisted Treatment and/or substance use disorder treatment preferred.
• Experience in outpatient Mental Health services required.
• Multisite operations experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret financial data.
• Knowledge of current substance use disorder treatment trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to Treatment Center Directors (TCD) staff.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for the region to meet financial, operational, and clinical goals.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance and take corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Build and develop leadership teams to meet performance objectives.
• Drive patient growth, retention, and access to services within the region.
• Represent BayMark in community and industry settings to build relationships.
• Oversee human resources activities and staff development.
• Align regional objectives with BayMark’s strategic goals.
• Track progress on established success metrics.
