CannonDesign is seeking a seasoned regional Health Market Leader for the Great Lakes region. You will shape strategy, lead diverse teams, and drive growth across health clients while integrating design services to strengthen the firm’s position.

You will build regional and local office plans, recruit top talent, mentor leaders, and partner with executives to deliver profitable outcomes. The role emphasizes client leadership, market intelligence, and Living-Centered Design across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Current Registration/Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 18 years of experience with strategic growth, market and team leadership in Health.
• Strong presentations skills.
• Exceptional client and people leadership skills.
• Strong business acumen and strategy execution ability.
• Ability to mentor and develop leaders across teams.
• Some travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Regional market growth and development of a regional business plan.
