Job summary

CannonDesign is seeking a regionally focused Health Market Leader for the Great Lakes region (Buffalo, Chicago, Minneapolis, Pittsburgh). The role drives growth, leads diverse teams, and aligns regional health strategies with office goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, required.
• Current Registration/Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 18 years of experience with a proven track record of strategic growth, market and team leadership, and business development success in the Health Market.
• Strong presentations skills are essential.
• Exceptional client and people leadership skills are required.
• Strong business acumen and proven ability to create and execute strategy.
• Professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully is essential.
• Ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing, accountable teams.
• Some travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the regional health market growth strategies and client pursuits for the Great Lakes Region.
• Lead high-performance teams across the region and mentor staff to develop future leaders.
• Partner with executives to build regional and office business plans and strategies.
• Recruit for strategic roles and contribute to resources development.
• Deliver solid financial performance for the Region and achieve profitability goals for the market.
• Represent the firm as an ambassador, promoting Living-Centered Design and CannonDesign’s purpose.
• Oversee client leadership at high levels on billable projects to drive future opportunities.
• Monitor market intelligence and evolving trends to identify growth opportunities.
