Job summary

CannonDesign is seeking a senior business development leader to drive Behavioral Health engagement strategies. You will partner with Market and Client Leaders to position the firm for new business opportunities and build client relationships that support top-line growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of related marketing/business development experience, with Behavioral Health focus.
• Proven ability to develop significant client relationships and grow the opportunity pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to Market and Client Leaders to identify and pursue Behavioral Health opportunities.
• Develop strategies and plans to advance regional convergence hubs and travel to CannonDesign offices.
• Lead pursuit activities, pre-positioning, intelligence gathering and client engagement meetings.
