CannonDesign seeks a regionally focused leader to drive growth in the Great Lakes Health Market. You will lead diverse teams, shape regional and local office strategies, and align resources to deliver profitable outcomes while advancing Living-Centered Design with clients and partners.

You will manage strategic client positioning, market intelligence, and talent development, with a personal goal of expanding the region's impact and revenue. Travel and leadership across offices are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Registration/licensure in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 18 years of experience with strategic growth, market and team leadership in Health Market.
• Strong presentations skills essential.
• Exceptional client and people leadership skills required.
• Ability to create and execute strategy.
• Some travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional market growth and implement business plans.
• Position CannonDesign for new business opportunities and top-line growth.
• Provide client and team leadership on billable projects.
• Develop and mentor staff, recruiting top talent for a high-performance team.
• Champion Living-Centered Design and firm purpose in client engagements.
