Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set and apply a strategy for the growth covering the entire ENVEA portfolio.
• Manage and support the regionally distributed German field sales team, ensuring targets are met.
• Consistently achieve annual Sales and Service revenue targets for the territory.
• Ensure CRM (Salesforce) is updated to track performance and communications.
• Monitor key account management and multiple distribution networks to guide decisions.
