Alpaca, a US-headquartered fintech, is seeking a Head of Business Development for the Middle East to lead expansion across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the GCC. You will own relationships, deals, and ecosystem presence with fintechs, exchanges, banks, and regulators to bring Alpaca’s platform to the region.
You’ll work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and executive leadership to scale in a high-growth, remote-first environment, building the regional footprint largely from scratch.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in BD, partnerships, or institutional sales in fintech/digital assets with ME focus.
- Existing network among fintechs/exchanges/banks/regulators in UAE/ GCC region.
- Experience engaging regulators and familiarity with DIFC, ADGM, VARA, CMA, SCA.
Responsabilités
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with fintechs, exchanges, banks, primes, and regulators in the Middle East.
- Identify opportunities to deepen partnerships and drive regional adoption.
- Navigate regulatory engagements and government engagements to support expansion.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and leadership to hit regional targets.
- Represent Alpaca at conferences and public-facing engagements.
