Alpaca is building brokerage infrastructure and is expanding into Saudi Arabia and the UAE, defining strategy, shipping products, and coordinating with regulators, partners, and internal teams to make Alpaca the platform of choice in the region.

As Product Manager you will own live problems, define regional roadmap, build direct connectivity, and ensure CMA, Tadawul, and GCC market requirements are met while delivering Sharia-compliant offerings.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Product Management or related roles in fintech.
• Experience in brokerage or capital markets in GCC.
• Strong knowledge of CMA, Tadawul and GCC regulations.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Finance or equivalent.

• Define Saudi and GCC brokerage product roadmap.
• Own regional connectivity to Tadawul and regulators.
• Collaborate with regulators and partners to ensure compliance.
• Work with engineers to deliver compliant features.
• Drive ROI and regulatory-aligned product strategy.
