Alpaca is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to architect foundational systems powering our financial infrastructure in the Middle East region. You will set technical direction, establish architectural standards, and ensure reliability, scalability, and regulatory compliance across our software platforms.

You will lead multi‑team initiatives, mentor engineers, and coordinate infrastructure with cloud providers and data centers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expert Go or equivalent backend languages with strong system design.
• Proven lead on multi-team software initiatives.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) and containerization.
