Job summary

Hillebrand Gori USA, LLC is seeking a Regional Head of Adjacents to lead the regional strategy for beverage packaging, ingredients, and non-alcoholic beverages. You will drive market share growth, build regional sales capabilities, and collaborate with operations, sales, and procurement to deliver a comprehensive regional plan.

You will shape customer value propositions, lead major commercial negotiations, and ensure profitability in line with Group strategy and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the logistics industry in commercial, business development or key account leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading regional or multi-country initiatives, ideally in a matrix organization.
• University degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of ocean freight markets; beverages or liquids logistics beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the regional strategy for beverage packaging, ingredients and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Drive regional market share expansion through targeted commercial initiatives and strategic customer engagement.
• Build and manage regional sales unit for the Adjacent business line and support country organizations.
• Negotiate and authorize commercial agreements and terms consistent with global policies.
