Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Home Health business development in local markets.
• Strong understanding of Home Health, Long Term Care markets, and referral sources.
• Proven history of achieving admission goals and sales training experience.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales and marketing strategies to meet census goals.
• Maintain census goals and quality mix by guiding the Business Development team.
• Develop relationships with referral sources including physicians and acute care facilities.
• Analyze local markets to identify opportunities and trends.
• Evaluate marketing collateral and campaigns for effectiveness.
