Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and execute the Company's Business Development Department in the assigned area.
• Develop and promote a strategic sales and marketing plan to achieve census goals.
• Build strategic relationships with referral sources including acute care settings and physician practices.
• Analyze markets to maximize business development approach.
• Monitor lead tracking and ensure positive conversion ratios.
