Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a South Central Region Director, Growth & Sales, North America, to drive regional revenue growth in the Energy & Power market. You will lead with a focus on utilities, municipalities, cooperatives, EPCs, developers and data centers, building strong client relationships and guiding multi-market strategies.

You will oversee the full sales lifecycle, develop account plans, and collaborate across Jacobs’ units to win high-value opportunities while protecting margins and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field; equivalent work experience considered.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in the power/energy sector with Energy & Power domain knowledge.
• Proven success in sustainable business development across utilities, cooperatives, EPCs and developers.
• Established network across utilities, developers, ISOs/RTOs, regulators and teaming partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional revenue growth across the Energy & Power market segment in North America.
• Lead and contribute to the Energy & Power sales lifecycle from opportunity development to close.
• Develop client strategies and execution tactics for multiple market segments.
• Build and manage client relationships at multiple levels; expand Jacobs' market share.
• Ensure bid offerings meet margin and operating profit goals while remaining competitive.
• Coordinate with internal teams on staffing, resources and cross-functional needs.
