Welcome Intern is seeking a Regional Growth & Program Manager to own regional market development, partnerships, and program execution across our remote-first platforms.
You will build university and employer relationships, create internship opportunities, and drive enrollment while aligning with global standards. This role starts as an independent contractor with the potential to expand and lead a regional team as the program scales.
Welcome Intern is a global career accelerator and virtual internship platform dedicated to Premium Career Acceleration and Real-World Career Transformation. We deliver structured career acceleration pathways that bridge the gap between academic learning and professional execution - preparing students and emerging professionals for success in today's remote-first, global economy.
We are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial Regional Growth & Program Manager to lead regional market development, build strategic education and employer partnerships, and drive the successful growth and execution of Welcome Intern's programs within an assigned territory.
Lead the strategic growth of Welcome Intern within your assigned region by driving brand awareness, market expansion, and participant enrollment across our flagship career acceleration programs, including Executive Experience, Product Innovation, Problem-Solving, and other corporate initiatives.
Serve as Welcome Intern's primary regional representative by establishing and strengthening relationships with universities, colleges, student organizations, career centers, faculty members, and academic stakeholders to expand institutional collaboration and program adoption.
Develop strategic partnerships with employers, startups, SMEs, multinational corporations, professional associations, and industry leaders to create internship opportunities, industry projects, mentoring programs, executive talks, networking opportunities, and long-term talent development collaborations.
Coordinate and oversee the successful execution of regional initiatives, recruitment campaigns, institutional engagement activities, employer collaborations, and community outreach programs while ensuring alignment with Welcome Intern's global standards and strategic objectives.
Build and nurture a sustainable regional ecosystem by connecting educational institutions, employers, alumni, mentors, industry professionals, and community organizations to create meaningful career acceleration opportunities and long-term regional impact.
Initially operate as an independent regional leader responsible for delivering regional objectives. As your territory grows, you may be authorized to recruit, mentor, and lead a regional team of ambassadors, coordinators, or project contributors to support continued expansion.
Operate in full compliance with all applicable local laws, institutional policies, corporate codes of conduct, and ethical standards governing outreach, partnerships, recruitment, and digital engagement activities.
This is an independent contractor engagement. You are responsible for managing your own taxes, statutory obligations, insurance coverage, business expenses, and any applicable licensing requirements in your jurisdiction.
Regional development activities may require domestic travel to universities, employers, conferences, networking events, and partner organizations. Contractors are responsible for arranging and maintaining their own travel, medical, and accident insurance. Welcome Intern Pte Ltd assumes no liability for travel arrangements, accidents, injuries, personal property loss, or other liabilities incurred during business-related activities.
All marketing materials, promotional campaigns, presentations, localized content, partnership announcements, and public communications must receive prior written approval from Welcome Intern before external publication. Only approved corporate branding, messaging, and marketing assets may be used.
Welcome Intern assumes no responsibility for unauthorized marketing activities, policy violations, contractual commitments made without authorization, or actions undertaken independently by contractors or individuals they recruit without prior corporate approval.
This is a contract-based leadership opportunity with compensation structured around agreed performance milestones, regional growth achievements, partnership outcomes, and participant enrollment rather than fixed hourly or monthly payments.
High-performing Regional Growth & Program Managers may unlock progressive commission tiers, performance bonuses, expanded regional responsibilities, leadership opportunities, and participation in future strategic initiatives. Detailed compensation structures will be shared during the interview process.
