Job summary

Southeastern Equipment is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to own and drive performance across the Ohio region and Southeast region with significant travel. You will lead Operations Managers, accelerate revenue and profitability, and raise leadership standards while removing bottlenecks to speed decisions.

You must push for results, engage with customers, and align Sales, Rental, and PSSR teams to enable growth, while maintaining disciplined operations and strong safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading multi-location teams or comparable leadership scope.
• Background in dealership, service, construction, or related industry preferred.
• Proven track record of improving performance—not just maintaining it.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional performance by owning Parts and Service revenue and profitability across locations.
• Establish high standards for speed, responsiveness, and execution.
• Lead, coach, and hold accountable Operations Managers and their teams.
