KC Overseas Education is seeking a Regional Officer/Regional Manager to drive student conversions and partner performance across the assigned region. You will act as the primary liaison between channel partners and Head Office, ensuring service quality, operations excellence, and adherence to KC Overseas’ processes and brand standards.

This field-based role demands strong partner management and regional business development capabilities.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record in growth and partner development.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply domain knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end student lifecycle and conversions across channel partners.
• Drive region-specific student conversion targets and growth.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners.
• Negotiate terms and ensure alignment for sustainable growth.
• Onboard and train partner teams; conduct regular reviews and field visits.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand regional reach.
