Job summary

Crew2, Inc is seeking a Regional Manager in Pewaukee, WI to oversee daily operations across product lines from an onsite facility. You will manage budgets, drive profitability, and lead installation teams while building strong partnerships with retailers and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily regional operations and product lines.
• Manage budgets and achieve Profit and Loss targets.
• Improve Net Operating Income and Gross Margins across regions.
• Develop installation team including direct labor, subcontractors, and vendor partners.
• Grow revenue and build the customer base across regions with retailers and consumers.
• Ensure compliance with SPRG and all applicable laws and standards.
• Lead and train regional managers; conduct regular performance appraisals.
• Collaborate with COO and leadership; participate in meetings and calls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
