Job summary

Nurtur Aveda in Columbus, Ohio seeks a Regional Sales & Operations Manager to lead sales and operations across multiple locations. You'll recruit, train, and mentor teams, drive enrollment and revenue growth, and build strategic partnerships with spa and wellness partners.

The role blends leadership, business development, and hands-on coaching, with travel within the region and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and strong financial results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales and business development experience, ideally skincare/beauty/wellness.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed performance goals set by leadership.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive regional enrollment and revenue growth.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Education, Marketing, and Leadership teams on recruitment and partnerships.

• Coach staff on product knowledge and upselling techniques.
