Job summary

Nurtur Aveda is seeking a Regional Sales & Operations Manager for the Cincinnati, Ohio area. You will lead regional sales, optimize operations, and mentor teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving enrollment and revenue growth across partner locations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of sales or business development experience in skincare/beauty, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; strong communication and leadership skills required.
• 3+ years in sales/business development, preferably skincare/beauty/wellness.
• Ability to travel within the region and work with multi-location teams.

Responsibilities

• Uphold core values and drive regional enrollment and revenue growth.
• Meet and exceed performance goals set by leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement regional strategies.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust tactics to meet targets.
• Lead and coach staff to maximize sales and product knowledge.
• Identify new business opportunities with Med Spas, Day Spas, and skin-led businesses.
