Dandy is transforming the dental industry with technology and world-class support, building the operating system for dental offices worldwide. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead regional go-to-market strategies, collaborate with the Regional GM, and drive growth, pipeline, and customer engagement.

You will translate global priorities into region-specific campaigns, align with central marketing, and own regional execution across paid media, lifecycle marketing, web, content, and events.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in demand generation, product or field marketing or generalist marketing roles.
• Fluent English and native-level German.
• Strong commercial acumen aligned to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced, matrixed orgs.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting events or field marketing initiatives.
• Analytical mindset using performance data for optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own Regional Marketing Strategy to drive awareness and pipeline.
• Localise positioning and messaging for regional segments.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between regional and central marketing.
• Partner with Regional Sales to enablement and proof points.
• Lead regional campaign planning and execution across channels.
• Support regional events and field marketing to generate pipeline.
• Act as the voice of the market to influence strategy.
• Execute and optimize programs with ROI focus.
