Dollar Loan Center is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a group of Las Vegas stores, driving growth, collections, and operational excellence. You will recruit and coach store managers, lead marketing initiatives, and ensure policies are followed across locations.

The role requires strong leadership, travel as needed, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Excellent communication and planning skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years in a management role overseeing multiple stores or teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business/Marketing or related field preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, and drive sales, collections and growth across regions.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple stores in the Las Vegas valley.
• Drive store growth and collections, achieve sales objectives.
• Recruit, interview, and develop store staff and leaders.
• Plan and execute marketing/community events to grow presence.
• Coordinate with executive management and store managers.
