DDG is seeking a dynamic Regional Growth Lead in Baton Rouge to drive market growth in the Capital Region. The role supports VPs, team leads, and business development contributors in pursuing opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and winning work across DDG disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and a proven track record in business development within the A/E industry, with a willingness to travel up to 50% and lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in the A/E industry, including leadership and business development roles.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and grow a business.
• Strong network of industry contacts and a history of winning work.
