Job summary

Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking an EAR Ramp Up Regional Sales Director to accelerate revenue growth for transitioning advisors. The role partners with field leaders and Wealth Management teams to drive GDC and AUM growth, focusing on coaching, book-of-business optimization, and structured growth plans.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, FINRA Series 7 or ability to obtain in 90 days, and active securities registrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years of relevant work experience.
FINRA Series 7 or ability to obtain within 90 days.
Active State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 90 days.
Active State IAR (S65 or S66) ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

Drive post-transition revenue growth, GDC production, and asset accumulation for EAR advisors.
Partner with advisors to establish and execute 12-month growth plans focused on revenue recovery and acceleration.
Monitor advisor progress against pre-transition production benchmarks and growth targets.
Identify opportunities to increase client acquisition, deepen client relationships, and expand wallet share.
Support advisors in implementing proven business development and client acquisition strategies.
