• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 3+ years of experience in business development/sales in behavioral health preferred.
• Experience in complex sales processes and working with healthcare partners beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional growth strategies to increase clinical inquiries and admissions.
• Manage key accounts and referral relationships within the assigned territory.
• Utilize CRM systems to track outreach and performance metrics; analyze data to inform plans.
• Collaborate with leadership to align growth initiatives with program priorities.
