Job summary

The Psychiatric Institute of Washington is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team, focused on building referral networks in the NOVA area and expanding partnerships with employers and primary care providers.

This role will implement strategy, develop new business, and maintain relationships with referral sources across behavioral health services for children, adults, and seniors in our care. The position supports growth within a leading UHS behavioral health network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health, marketing, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of business development experience in healthcare.
• Knowledge of behavioral health and addiction treatment preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and markets in NOVA and surrounding areas.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Meet weekly target of 60 qualified contacts.
• Monitor referrals and plan strategies to maximize referrals.
• Collaborate with Director of Business and marketing teams.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
