Job summary

BNI is seeking an Area Director to lead revenue growth, Membership expansion, retention, and overall business performance in Minneapolis and surrounding areas. The role oversees Directors, Ambassadors, and Launch Directors, driving data-based decisions and coaching for measurable outcomes.

You will develop and execute growth plans, expand Chapter presence, and ensure member engagement while maximizing region profitability.

• Ability to develop and execute growth strategies that achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, customer retention, and performance management principles.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual growth strategies to achieve Membership, retention, launch, and revenue goals.
• Drive market expansion and oversee new Chapter development initiatives.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective Members, Chapter opportunities, and leadership talent.
• Drive net Membership growth through strategic recruitment, retention, and engagement initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, Chapter performance metrics, and business reports to identify opportunities and risks.
• Partner with Regional Development to develop and execute area growth plans aligned with market objectives.
