Job summary

Janney Montgomery Scott LLC in Philadelphia seeks an Organic Growth Consultant to be the field-based front door to the Business Development Group. You will diagnose opportunities, shape practical growth plans, and personally drive core growth work to execution.

You will travel to branches, build trusted advisor relationships, coordinate with Revenue Operations and specialists, and guide opportunities from identification to close, acting as the growth quarterback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in wealth management or related field.
• Ability to influence and sell advisors to action.
• Knowledge of wealth management growth levers.
• Strong relationship-management across branches.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
• Series 7 and 66 preferred or obtainable within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Live in the assigned region and travel to branches to drive growth.
• Build trusted relationships with advisors; act as growth quarterback.
• Review advisor books, surface high-value opportunities, set growth goals.
• Own end-to-end growth work, including on-site quick wins and Salesforce entry.
• Route advisors to firm resources and coordinate cross-organizational support.
• Maintain ongoing relationship ownership and momentum on plans.
• Use analytics to target advisors and branches with highest potential.
• Represent the voice of the advisor to inform programs and tools.
