Job summary

AlphaCore Wealth Advisory is seeking a Manager, Growth to expand our regional presence in San Diego and surrounding markets. You will cultivate SAN referrals, COIs, and direct prospecting, coordinating with advisory, research, and marketing teams to drive qualified opportunities and net new assets.

This role requires 5+ years in wealth-management business development, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of wealth management business development or related asset-gathering roles.
• Series 65 or Series 66 and 7, or ability to obtain.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills with institutional partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and convert opportunities across SAN referrals, COIs, and direct prospecting.
• Build referral networks and manage territory engagement with marketing and leadership.
• Lead thought leadership events and market activation in the region.
• Maintain pipeline in Salesforce and track assets, stages, and next steps.
