Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Customer Service experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management/leadership experience.
• Previous experience delivering excellent customer service and training.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
• Ability to lift more than 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all gym locations operate efficiently and effectively.
• Recruit, train, and develop gym managers and staff.
• Exhibit leadership by prioritizing tasks and coaching.
• Promote a positive member experience and ensure cleanliness.
• Analyze key performance indicators to drive growth.
