Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of fitness experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership/management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of multi-unit management experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fitness sales performance and implement corrective actions.
• Recruit, train, and develop gym managers and staff.
• Lead a team of Fitness Managers and Personal Trainers.
