Job summary

Stand Together is seeking a Regional Field Manager – Grassroots Engagement Director to identify, recruit, and engage grassroots leaders across Casper, Gillette, or Riverton in Wyoming. The role focuses on mobilizing communities to advocate for policy reforms aligned with AFP principles and Stand Together’s mission.

You will organize events, train volunteers, and collaborate with AFP staff and activists to drive action, while managing canvassing contractors and travel within the state.

Qualifications

• Experience in grassroots advocacy, community organizing, and/or political campaigns.
• Ability to motivate diverse communities and individuals to take action.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel within the state and flexibility to work evenings/weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Identify activists and potential leaders across Wyoming and motivate them to advocate for change.
• Equip local leaders with AFP resources and connect them to training.
• Organize events and actions to educate the public on policy issues and initiatives.
• Maintain regular contact with activists to keep them engaged and active.
• Manage part‑time canvassing contractors, ensuring compliance and best practices.
