Job summary

Stand Together (affiliated with Americans for Prosperity) seeks a Regional Field Manager based in Fargo, ND. You will identify, recruit, and engage grassroots leaders across Fargo and the state, mobilizing them to advocate for policy reforms aligned with AFP/Stand Together principles.

You will train and connect local leaders to AFP resources, organize events, and coordinate volunteers to expand AFP’s impact in North Dakota. This is a field-facing role requiring travel within the state.

Qualifications

• Passion for people and ability to motivate others.
• Knowledge of state and federal public policy landscapes.
• Self-motivation and objective-driven work.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple events.
• Team player with AFP staff and activists.
• Willingness to canvass neighborhoods and make calls.
• Valid driver’s license for travel in ND.
• Flexible, changing schedule including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Identify activists in Fargo and surround areas and motivate them.
• Equip local leaders with AFP training and resources.
• Organize events to engage the public in person and via phone/social.
• Maintain regular contact to keep activists motivated and educated.
• Manage part-time canvassing contractors with compliance and best practices.
